boggly eyes

ok hi every1
every so often i notice that my dragon's eyes seem to 'inflate'
its very very odd. the previous owner told me about this unusual activity and i couldnt quite believe it!!
it seems to occur whilst she is basking, and she will close her eyes then they seem to swell, and soon she will snap out of it and return to normal!

it doesn't seem to cause any discomfort, but it is very strange!!! any ideas?
